MIYAVI Reveals Details for "The Others"

MIYAVI announced the details of his upcoming album titled "The Others". As we previously reported, it will be released on April 15, in two editions available.

First press limited editions (4,500yen) will contain, in addition to the eleven track CD, a DVD featuring live footage from MIYAVI´s latest performance at the El Rey Theatre in L.A. with a duration of seventy minutes approximately. On the other hand regular editions (3,000yen) will contain CD only.

Some additional information about the album has been shared by MIYAVI. "The Others" was recorded in Nashville and in L.A, produced by the Grammy Awards winning producers Drew Ramsey  & Shannon Saunders. To create this album, and a new sound, MIYAVI has changed his main guitar to a telecaster model. The eleventh track "Shangri-La" is a cover song originally performed by Denki-Groove.

MIYAVI ANNOUNCES NEW ALBUM & TOUR 2015

After his US trip MIYAVI brings a new full album this spring! The new album will be titled "TheOthers" and is set to be released on April 15. Available in two editions, the limited edition will contain the CD and a DVD in addition with the latest MIYAVI live (60 minutes or more) and regular edition will contain only the initial CD.

And more! MIYAVI has announced that he will tour Japan once more this year, starting at Hiroshima CUB QUATTRO two weeks after the release of his upcoming album, on April 30.

The "Samurai Guitarist" MIYAVI will be making his debut appearance on the all-time favorite talk show, The Ellen Degeneres Show!

MIYAVI is set to appear on the show alongside Jennifer Aniston on the 19th of January. MIYAVI will be there to share on his recent experience in transitioning from a rock star to an actor for the silver screen, and more!

It was also reported that MIYAVI will be performing one of his songs as well.
